Tip of the Week

Consider fitness as an activity for next marking period. The
step aerobics unit has gone very well and the fitness stations also
offered have been very well received. It is very encouraging to
see students challenging each other.(1/28)

You may wear a hat outside for PE class, but you must still
abide by the school rule that dictates no hats inside the building.
(5/28)

We will be using a double first base for softball classes. The
outside base is for the batter/runner and the inside base is for the
first baseman. Right-handed firstbasemen should toe the base with
their right toe and left-handed firstbasemen should toe the base
with their left toe.(5/1)

I highly DISCOURAGE you from bringing your baseball/softball
gloves. Nevertheless, if you MUST, keep it locked in your locker.
Do not lend it out to someone in another class.(4/24)

With new activities, it is always a time to refocus our efforts
to get the most out of an activity that we can. Make sure you stay
on top of your preparation grade as well.(3/20)

Help steer your last unit! We will be scheduling for 4th
quarter before you know it! Now is the time to offer suggestions
for what activities(particularly outdoor) you would like to see
offered. All serious suggestions maybe considered, but I can't
guarantee the implementation of a unit. Also, the units must be in
our curriculum.
(3/13)

Keep checking this website and listen for announcements in
class, because there will soon be opportunities for one to make up
unprepareds.(3/6)

Time to check up on your grade status! Soon we will be
switching to new activities. Make sure you are not falling behind
with your preparation grade.(2/27)

Make sure you are locking your padlock on your locker
everytime!! Make sure you do NOT give out your combination and
remove all valuables from your bookbag!(2/20)

Now is a good time to check on your grade, especially your
status with preparation. Don't fall behind with unprepareds!(1/13)

Since we are starting a new marking period, now is a great time
to refocus our energies and work to our potential.(2/6)

Make sure you bring in clean clothes on the day that you plan
on bringing home your clothes for the wash. You were planning on
washing your clothes occasionally, weren't you? That way, the clean
clothes will be there in case you forget to bring back the laundered
items.(1/30)
