Fitness Testing

     Remember, fitness testing is not graded.   What is important is
that you and I see improvement by the end of the year.
     Remember to breathe out on the power phase of an exercise, eg.
the push-up.   Breathe in on the return to the starting position.
     There is a link below for you to check the standards for the
curl-up test.
