Homework Policy:
-Homework is due the next school day in its entirety. It must be neat and legible!
-Please make sure that your child has all of the necessary books/materials for
class each day.
-Your child will write down his/her own homework in his/her planner. Please
initial the last box in the planner after the homework has been completed. If
the planner is not brought to school, he/she will have to fill out a sheet
with the homework on it to be returned with a parent signature the following
school day.
-If your child is missing his/her homework, he/she will be required to fill
out a homework slip which is to be signed by a parent and returned the next
school day.

clarification about the homework. I am always available to discuss any
concerns or issues you may have.
Spelling Policy:
-Pre-tests are given on Monday.
-Students will have 12 individualized words per week based on the results of
his/her pre-test.
-Spelling packets will be given out on Mondays and are to be completed and
handed in on Thursdays. Each student is responsible for the entire packet.
-All spelling work should be in cursive handwriting.
-Spelling tests are on Friday.
