How does the homework pass work?

If a student selects the homework pass from the prize box, they may use this 
pass for one assignment only (i.e. spelling or math or reading), and they 
may use only one pass per week. Write the student's name and the assignment 
the pass is being used for on the homework pass and staple it to another 
homework assignment being submitted that day.
