I am a graduate of Houghton College (a Christian college located in upstate
New York). I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education as
well as my ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International)
Certification. This is my twenty-sixth year teaching at Cumberland
Christian School - six years teaching kindergarten, sixteen years teaching
fifth grade, and this is my fourth year in third grade. I am excitedly
looking forward to the coming school year!

THEME FOR THE YEAR
During past years, we have had yearly themes such as REACHING THE WORLD,
CAPTURING HEARTS FOR CHRIST, and TEACHING FOR MINISTRY which have been the
focus of chapels and elementary school activities.
This year's theme is LEARNING TO LIVE, LEARNING TO LOVE . . . AS JESUS DID!
