Students in grades six and seven will be working on a project Taking Care of
Your Community by Taking Care of Your Pets. This was awarded by NJ
Veterinary Medical Association. The students will be working with the other
middle school teachers on this project.
SAO elections were held. Here are this year's representatives:
Grade eight representatives:
Precious Bryant Brianna Paulus Meredith Jones
Jared Gunn Chris Fitting alternate: Alexis Smith
Seventh grade representatives:
Noreena Ogidan Ryan Godfrey Courtney Saul
Karen Bennett alternate: Sara Seabock
Sixth grade representatives:
Jada Fields Cory Monteleone-Haught
Alternates: Shane Varesio Brenda Zeck
Alternates will replace a representative if he/she is unable to continue in
his/her position
The trip information concerning the leadership conference was sent to SAO
members and NJHS members. It is not a required activity and I realize it is
a lot of money this close to the walkathon. Students will not be penalized
for not going.
