Final Exam Information

                        Cumberland Christian School
                        2008 FINAL EXAM INFORMATION
                         HIGH SCHOOL – GRADES 9-12

ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING EXAM EXEMPTION STATUS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO MR. 
FERGUSON IN THE GUIDANCE OFFICE.  

HOMEROOM ATTENDANCE QUESTIONS (ABSENCES OR TARDIES TO SCHOOL) SHOULD BE 
DIRECTED TO MRS. GROVER IN THE HIGH SCHOOL OFFICE.


                          The exam schedule is as follows:  
					
		Friday, June 6th 		– Periods 1 & 4/5
		Monday, June 9th 		– Periods 2 &6
		Tuesday, June 10th 	 	– Periods 3 & 7
		Wednesday, June 11th 		– Period 8 & Make-up Exams


1.	All exams will be administered in the regular classroom in which the 
class meets.


2.	A student who is absent due to illness during exams MUST have a 
doctor’s excuse.  Students who are not excused will not be permitted to make 
up exams and will receive zeros.  The competency exam policy in found on 
page 54 of the School Handbook.


3.	DISMISSAL AND ARRIVAL of students on exam days will be handled 
according to the following procedures:

      A.	All students having any exams must arrive at school at the 
regular time.  Any student may leave at 1:00 if he/she has a ride at that 
time.  With parental permission, high school students (9-12) may ride home 
with other students.

      B.	Students having an exam at 9:00, but no exam at 11:15 may 
leave at 10:30 if they have a ride at that time and have submitted the 
required “Exam Dismissal Form” prior to leaving.  Students leaving at 10:30 
must sign out at the high school office.

      C.	Students having no exams on a given day do NOT report to 
school on that day.

      D.	Students present during an exam period but not scheduled for 
an exam, must report to an assigned study hall.

      E.	Students without rides at 1:00 must report to designated 
rooms (see exam schedule) at 1:00 P.M. for study hall.  Students whose rides 
do not arrive by 1:20 must report to study hall.  Parents who arrive after 
1:20 must report to the high school office to pick up the student.

      F.	Student drivers may transport other high school students 
with parental permission.
