The 2 tickets for general admission to the Cafetorium were sent home with your child

on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 13th

Graduation will be on Thursday, June 14, 2012 in the DeMasi School Cafetorium at 6pm.

TICKETS

2 tickets for general admission to the Cafetorium will be sent home with your child. Each graduate receives two tickets. Admission is by ticket only. Overflow viewing will be available via closed circuit television locations.

SCHEDULE

5:15 pm-Band/Orchestra/Chorale Students Arrival (who will be performing)

5:30 pm-Graduates Arrival (should proceed to the gym to line up)

DOORS OPEN

6:00 pm- Commencement Begins (ceremony is just over an hour)

FAMILY MEMBERS AND GUESTS

Families will be limited to two (2) tickets to be used for access to the Cafetorium. All other guests will be able to see the ceremony via closed circuit television locations.

Each family member and/or guest must present a ticket for admission to the Cafetorium. Any family member or guest who arrives without a ticket will not be admitted (NO EXCEPTIONS). A ticket is required for each infant/child who attends.

DRESS/ATTIRE FOR GRADUATION

Graduates are not allowed to wear flip flops! They will be lining up in the gym and it can get hot in there. Sensible clothing appropriate for a formal graduation ceremony should be worn under their gowns, but please dress to stay cool!
