The Holiday concert is over and I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did. it was a lot of fun and I am very proud of all of our students as I am sure you are too. It is now time to focus on the festivals. our first is the Western Burlington County Music Alliance Honor Band Festival if your child was picked to participate in this there are a few dates comming up you will want to put on your callender. Rehearsal: Monday, January 4 @ 4:30-8:30 RVRHS Rehearsal: Thursday, January 7 @ 4:30-8:30 RVRHS Rehearsal: Tuesday, January 12 @RVRHS from 4:30-8:30 Concert: Wednesday, January 13 @RVRHS downbeat at 7:00pm Please double check the dates and make arangements. we had 12 students sellected. I am very proud of them and we also will be represented in the High School department by a hand full of freshmen that were also picked. We need to figure out who can drive them there and get them back for the 3 rehearsals. Last year we had a few people car pool and it worked nice. since it is a little farther than Cinaminson HS this year I recomend getting one set of people to drop off and another to pick up. The Rowan Jazz Festival is in February and Teen arts in March.
