Apparel
Show your school spirit through the Dogwood Hill apparel sale! Look for new
items coming this fall!
October
KidsStuff
KidsStuff Books are full of coupons for everyday purchases. There are coupons
for dining, shopping , museums and lots more ! The cost of one book is
$25.00 and Dogwood keeps half or $12.50. The book pays for itself in no
time. Ask friends and relatives to purchase one too- everyone loves a
bargain!
Book Fair
The Book Fair is a great introduction to learning for kids! This is a way to
let kids pick out their own books and foster their love of reading. In
conjunction with the Scholastic Company, the PTO is able to provide a
vast selection of books for all ages for children and their families.
November
Scrip
Scrip are gift cards which are sold at face value- at no cost to you. They can
be used at a variety of different stores. Scrip gift cards are perfect
for all of your holiday shopping and it is a great way to support
Dogwood Hill.
December
Holiday Boutique
The PTO offers a mini-shopping experience with the Holiday Boutique for all
the students. Children can attend, with pre-marked envelopes and select
gifts for their loved ones for the holidays. The items are gift wrapped
and tagged for them to take home.
February
Basket Auction
The biggest PTO fundraiser of the year is the Basket Auction. This is a great
night to get together with friends and enjoy a night out! Eat and drink
as the basket numbers are drawn and winners are announced! Please
save the date: February 11, 2013 at Portobello’s.
March
Apparel
Look for the Dogwood Hill spring apparel sale! Show your school spirit with
trendy tees and shorts!
June
Book Fair
The Book makes its return in June! The Book Fair is a great place for children
to select books that they can read and enjoy all summer!
Easy Ways to Help All Year:
Dining4Dogwood
Come join your fellow Dogwood Hill families for a night out! Local restaurants
offer a percentage of the evening’s receipts in return for us eating
there on a given night. Look for what night you can relax and dine out
with friends!
Dogwood Hill School Magnets
Declare your School Pride! Buy a Dogwood Hill School Magnet for $5.00
Order forms can be found under Forms/Documents to the left.
Box Tops
Every year this fund raiser becomes more and more successful. So many of the
products we use everyday have a box top and for each box top we submit
we can collect 10 cents. It is so simple and kids love to get involved
to see if their class collects the most box tops!
Labels for Education
This is a new fundraiser this year! By collecting UPCs and beverage
caps/sauce caps from over 2,500 participating
products, Dogwood Hill School will earns points that can be
redeemed for Arts,
Athletics,
and Academics
merchandise.
Toner Cartridges
Just like box tops, Dogwood earns $2 for each empty toner cartridge we return.
Instead of throwing away your used printer cartridges, send them into
school!
Airbrook Limousine Discount
Airbrook is offering at 5% discount, plus a donation to Dogwood for 5% of each
ride. The flyer can be found under Downloadable Forms to the left.
Stop and Shop A+ Bonus Bucks Program
Stop and Shop offers an easy and rewarding fundraising program for Dogwood
Hill School . Our school earns money for every transaction made by a
registered card. It even works with purchases made online with Peapod by
Stop & Shop. Register your card at www.stopandshop.com/aplus
Target
Use your Target REDcard to make purchases, and Target will donate up to 1% of
your REDcardI purchases to your school.
If you do not have a REDcard, go to www.target.com,
click on Take Charge of Education, and learn how to apply, to get
approved for your card. Then, simply follow the directions.
