BASKET AUCTION
Dogwood Hill School PTO will be
hosting their 5th Annual Basket Auction on March 8, 2010 @ 6:30pm
at the Brownstone in Paterson,
NJ.
This promises to be an exciting event! Under the forms/documents, you will
find the ticket order form. Admission is $35, which includes admission, a
small item ticket sheet and family style dinner. A cash bar will be available.
Pre-packaged tickets are also available for a reduced price before the auction
and are on the order form.
The auction doors will open at
6:30. Ticket sales, basket viewing, 50/50 tickets and key auction will take
place at this time. The tables seat up to ten people. Full tables and single
tickets are available for purchase. Tables with less than ten will be filled
with single ticket holders. The pre-packaged basket tickets will be given to
the person in charge for distribution.
This is an advanced
ticket sale only. No entrance at the door. No admission
tickets; check-in is at the door. This is an adult only event and no one under
21 admitted. There will be only 250 tickets available so please be sure to get
