I am looking forward to returning to school for the 2012-2013 school year!
I happily spent the summer with my daughter Ella and my husband. Ella just
turned three so I have been enjoying spending time with her. I hope everyone
had a relaxing summer. I am very excited to start the school year with all my
new and previous students and can't wait to hear about everyone's summer!
I earned my bachelor's degree in Sociology with a concentration in
Juvenile and Criminal Justice from Ithaca College, and I earned my master's
degree in education from Seton Hall University. Soon after, I received my
Teacher of the Handicapped certificate. I am continually taking courses for
professional development.
I consider it a privilege to have this opportunity to teach your
children. As we work together to instill in each child a sense of confidence,
self-esteem and responsibility, it is my hope that each child will strive for
his or her highest potential.
