PROJECT GRADUATION 2010
Dear Freshman, Sophomore, Junior and Senior Parents/Guardians,
Project Graduation is an All-Night alcohol and drug-free
celebration open to all graduating seniors. Planning is underway for our
12th annual event and its success relies on volunteers like you. Many of our
volunteers from last will be staying on to be part of Project Grad 2010 and
we are lucky to have their expertise and experience; however, we always
welcome and appreciate new parents coming aboard.
If there is one thing we know from past years is that it that it takes a lot
of people and effort to guarantee success and the more volunteers, the
better. You only need to be involved in one particular aspect that will add
to the evening’s success; such as fundraising, prize collecting or
chaperoning that evening.
Project Graduation provides the Senior Class with one final opportunity to
get together as a group and it is different from any other event they have
shared as a class. The bonds, which have been formed over the years, scream
out for the opportunity to get together one last time. Project Graduation
provides them with that opportunity and does so within a safe environment.
Anyone who participated in preparing a Project Graduation event previously
will attest to the satisfaction and happiness of witnessing a wonderful and
worthwhile event.
The kick off meeting for Project Graduation 2010 is scheduled for Thursday
evening, October 15th, at 7:30 PM. at the High School. Freshman, Sophomore
and Junior parents are particularly encouraged to participate and everyone is
welcome. Pictures from last year’s event will be available to review.
