Throughout my teaching career, I have been able to teach students the
subject matter I love, which is computers and technology. In this time, I
have been able to teach students curriculum that encompasses the most basic
computer concepts to more advanced college based concepts.
As a teacher I believe that my students and I are a team and with respect
for one another we can all learn and create a safe learning environment that
is energetic and encouraging.
The 8th Grade Technology course is designed to introduce you to the world of
computers. Throughout this course you will learn how to utilize software
programs in situations that mimic that of the “real world.” You will also
explore the world of computer hardware and software, while being introduced
to basic computer programming concepts. This course is designed to educate
you and to provide you with a strong foundation in technology.
