What kinds of snacks are appropriate?

Snack time is around 10:00 each morning.  Please send in a healthy,
nutritional snack that can be quickly cleaned up. Also, keep in mind that
snack time is only 15 minutes long, so please send in a "quick" snack.

Does the teacher check the homework folder?

No, it is the child's responsibility to place his/her homework and important
notices in the proper basket provided.

Can my child pass out birthday invitations in school?

This is only permissible if your child is inviting the ENTIRE CLASS.

What is I.C.E.?

I.C.E. stands for Integrated Curriculum Enrichment.

Can my child come home for lunch?

Your child needs to bring in a note to that effect.

Can my child bring in extra birthday treats to share?

Please send in only 1 extra treat to be shared with another adult in the
building.

What does "I", "M", "A", and "S" mean on a paper?

"I" stands for independent.
"M" stands for most of the time.
"A" stands for teacher assistance needed.
"S" stands for teacher support needed.
