November 4, 2009 Parent Visitation - come and enjoy learning math games with
your child and see your child in action! Visitation is from 9:20-10:00.
October 1, 2009 - Back to School Night - Kindly remember that children should
not attend this evening.
October 5. 2009 - Students will be bringing their first spelling list home.
The blue book will have the weekly homework listed for your reference.
Spelling tests will be every Friday, unless there is no school on Friday and
then it would be on Thursday of that week. Nightly homework will be adjusted
to accommodate the shorter week.
October Scholastic Book Order - please go online to place your orders. Look
for the letter and the fliers! Orders are due by 10/15. Should you want to
place an order with me, please feel free to do so! Just send it in as you
have in the past.
Oct. 6, 2009 - Today we talked about numbers and how they related to each one
of us. One of the items asked for was their middle name. Many students had
no idea what it was. Please help your child learn how to say their full name.
YEAH! All my students can recall their personal telephone numbers! Now, it's
on to knowing and writing our addresses!
