Back to School Night ¡V Monday Sept 18th ¡V 6:30 PM
Dear GNCS Families,
Welcome back, I am very excited about the upcoming school year.
Regretfully, I must begin with a paperwork reminder. please be sure to
return the medical forms and lunch forms we mailed to your home in August.
I can¡¦t thank you enough for taking the time to complete these forms.
These
forms significantly impact our funding, so please make every effort to
complete them.
I expect to see everyone at our ¡§Back to School Night¡¨ event on Monday,
Sept
18th at 6:30 pm. During this event, you will meet with your child¡¦s
teachers, learn about the many activities we have planned for the 06-07
school year, and meet other families. Please make a point to attend this
important event.
During ¡§Back to School Night,¡¨ I will also share with everyone some VERY
impressive test data from this past school year. In short, our students
demonstrated dramatic gains. I look forward to sharing these results with
you.
I am extremely proud of our students for these wonderful results. Just as
important, however, these same students also work hard every day to build a
strong sense of community and they are constantly learning how to work
together ¡V realizing we must all work together to achieve our dreams!
I look forward to working with each GNCS family this school year to ensure
our success continues. Your dreams are my dreams.
