Listed below are directions for setting up the various composition books we will be using in class each week. 3 hard cover composition books with a minimum of 100 pages each are needed for ILA each day. You may begin to set up your notebooks prior to school starting if you wish. During the first full week of school students will be numbering and setting up notebooks for homework. They may need some assistance. My personal favorites for composition books are the hardcover books from blueline, they have 192 pages and the binding is very strong which helps the books stay in tact throughout the school year and in and out of lockers. They are more expensive than regular marble notebooks so they are not required but rather optional for durability reasons.
