About me:
This is my fourth year teaching ILA in the East Brunswick school
district. I graduated from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ, with dual
degrees in Elementary Education and Writing Arts. I also earned my Teacher
of Reading certificate while at Rowan. I am currently pursuing a Master's
degree from Rowan University in Teacher Leadership and Educational
Technology.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing tennis, sitting in the
sun, spending time with my friends and family, and playing with my English
Bulldog, Chauncey. I am getting married to my fiance, Skyelar, this June.
My favorite color is pink, I collect penguins, and I
will never be seen in school before 9am without a cup of tea in my hand!
I love teaching and every aspect of being in the classroom. I am very
excited about growing both professionally and personally this school year,
along with each one of my students.
