Dr. Armstrong says, “Yes, no positive action. No arsenic to obtain and
administer – nothing definite-just-negation!...” What does he mean by this?
How is this an ETHICAL crime?
Lombard says, “I mean – it explains Indian Island. There are crimes that
cannot be brought home to their perpetrators.” What does he mean by this?
Provide examples.
