I have been teaching seventh grade for over twenty years. I am excited by
science and I hope your child will share my enthusiasm. I have taken many
courses over the years to expand my repertoire of teaching strategies in
order to create an intelligent and fair learning environment. I look forward
to a new and exciting year with your child.
I do not teach science as a product-based curriculum, but instead as a
curriculum based on decision-making, problem solving, and hands-on
activities. I will encourage your child to be a risk-taker and think
critically throughout the year.
