Dec. 22 Rough copy of the introduction for the character analysis is due in class. ((In your writer's notebook). IR 30 minutes Bring a snack and drink for yourself for the movie tomorrow. Dec. 21 Complete the character analysis graphic organizer for your character. Be sure to write out the majority of the quote. *Rough copy of your acrostic poem in your writer's notebook. Use your first and last name. This may or may not be rhymed. If you want to challenge yourself, rhyme it. Remember, this poem should reveal your most prominent attributes. Hint: use your "I Am " poem for ideas. Dec. 18th Period 9/10- work on the graphic organizer for the character analysis. Answer the following questions and think of A Christmas Carol as you answer them. * In what ways do you think most people would change if they could see their future? * In what ways may they become better? * Do people ever change on their own without a dramatic experience to motivate them? Why or why not? Answer the questions and elaborate on each question. Research Topic due Monday- Be sure to stop by the library or go on the internet to make sure that there is enough information on your topic. Remember you will be required to find 5 sources, and three of them must be a different type of source. Culminating activity on the theme is Wednesday.
