Students are expected to keep a Health notebook and folder and bring it to class each 
Health period.  Agenda planners are to be brought to class each day. 
Make up work is the responsibility of the student. Any work not turned in will be entered 
as a zero. 

Grades for Health will be determined from:   	
Classwork    		50%
Tests/Quizzes	 20%
Notebooks		10%
Homework		20%
