About the Coach
This week we are starting our unit on Global Education. We will be learning and playing different games from around the globe.
This week we will be starting our fitness unit and getting a chance to become more physically fit. We will be working on all of the different components of fitness (cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility)
