Dear Parents and Students,
Sadly, this is our last month together at Heights. The students will be
participating in many great activities in June! We have our Musical:
Suessical, Road Trip in Social Studies, the exciting Egg Drop, Fun Fair, DARE
Pizza Party, Talent Show and our Annual Fifth Grade Picnic! The children and
I are very excited to spend these final days together before it is time for
them to move on to Valley Middle School in the fall.
I am very proud of my class! They are a hard working group of students that
truly support each other during each school day. It is nice to see!
I am really going to miss each and every one of you! You are all very special
and unique in your own way. These qualities will help you at VMS in Sixth
Grade. I promise to each of you that I will always be here for you no matter
what! I loved seeing you each and every day and watching you grow and learn
new things in class, about each other, and most importantly...learning things
about yourselves!
Parents, I just wanted to sincerely thank you for making fifth grade special
with the many events you planned. It was my honor to have been given the
opportunity to work with each of your children. I will truly miss you all
next year! Please come back to visit whenever you would like...my door is
always open!
