Before you think you are finished, print out a copy of the rubric for your project (either the power point or the brochure). With your partner(s), evaluate your work.

• Is your power point presentation or educational brochure appealing to the age level selected by your class?
• Did you include all requirements?
• Is it written for the appropriate age level?
• Did you work cite your sources and graphics?
• Did you select a simple, nutritious recipe that will appeal to the age group you have selected?
• Also, did you print out a copy of your work and give it to the teacher?

If you can say yes to all this, congratulations! If you have the time, offer to evaluate another group's project. Offer helpful suggestions.

You are now ready to be the teacher to younger children who need to learn about healthy food choices!
