NUTRITION CHALLENGE
Carbohydrates are one of the three macro nutrients. Your job is to learn
enough about carbohydrates so that you and your partner can create one of
two projects (a Power Point presentation or an informational brochure)on
carbohydrates. Your project will be used in a nutrition lesson with a
grammar school class at your school. Remember to make the Power Point or
brochure entertaining and appropriate for the age level your class has
chosen.
