NUTRITION CHALLENGE
Fat is one of the three macro nutrients. Your job is to learn enough
about fat so that you and your partner can create one of two projects (a
Power Point presentation or an informational brochure)on protein. Your
project will be used in a nutrition lesson with a grammar school class at
your school. Remember to make the Power Point or brochure entertaining and
appropriate for the age level your class has chosen.
