This is Mrs Beddia's 8th year at Holy Spirit School. In addition to teaching
preschool Mrs Beddia along
with Miss Kemps and Ms.Miller run the school's Aftercare Program.
Many believe that children are mere "lumps of clay" waiting to be molded
by the adults in their lives.
God has filled us all before birth with all that we will need to live the
lives He meant for us. I believe the
children I inform are already who God meant for them to be. My mission for the
class is threefold. First
that opportunities be made available for learning. I facilitate the learning
of skills and approaches to
learning in general that the children can use in their experiences in school.
My second mission is that
they understand God is always around us- In nature, in our loved ones, in our
triumphs and in our
tests. That we learn to see these as a chance to grow.
My third mission for the class is that the children begin to understand
that they matter; not based on
their abilities;but rather because they are a unique individual Creation of
God. From that belief
blossoms contentment and capability in all endeavors.
