I hope Summer is going well and that you are enjoying a little more time with
your family. The Busy Seasons will be here soon enough!

School starts for Pre-k on September 14 at 8:10 SHARP. We line up on the
playground fence side, Kindergarten on the Shrub side. Parents do not come in,
they hand-off at the door.I open the door and greet the children every morning
with a smile and a handshake. I expect students to be WAITING ON LINE (parents
too;)when the bell rings. I am on time and expect the same from my
parents.Plan ahead so that you are not rushing,but calm and happy.That will be
your biggest challenge of the day. 
    THE FIRST DAY- is till 2:40 so pack snack, lunch and drinks. Send their
change of clothes,and the emergency phone numbers-that are ready to be called
that day if necessary.If your child is staying for Aftercare which also starts
the same day,YOU MUST HAVE A COMPLETED FORM WITH REGISTRATION FEE.I think it
can be downloaded from the school website. Please dress your child in play
clothes that are cool and comfortable-They will be playing and sleeping in
them and our room tends to be warm.
    I am really looking forward to school starting. I have been getting their
cubbies and crayon boxes ready,washing their mats (hypoallergenic detergent)and 
 ALL the toys in preparation for their arrival.
