We have been working on Unit 7 in the math books. This unit is about
organizing data. There will be a test on Tuesday, February 27. Please
review the SRB, journal, and study link books.
Be on the lookout for our portfolios. Our goal is to get the kids thinking
about math and help them to be able to write and explain math concepts
learned in class. They will complete the first answers in class, their math
teachers will provide feedback on their first answer, and they are
responsible for completing the final answer at home using the feedback.
Our math games are also a fun way to play with math at home. The rules to
these games can be found in the Math Journal.
Math homework is assigned nightly. Students will be informed about tests in
advance and are encouraged to practice the skills learned. Students will
also always have a review before the test to help them know what to
study. As a home reference, please utilize your Student Reference Book.
