I'm looking forward to meeting with you on Monday,November 16th during
American Education week. I sent home an invitation with your child. Please
email me and let me know if you're able to attend. This meeting will explain
the Basic Skills Program and I'll be happy to answer any questions or
concerns that you may have. As always, I look forward to seeing you and
communicating with you.
I encourage you to make math an everyday learning experience for your child.
Ask them the time (using an analog clock), have them help you shop and give
them money to pay for items as well as calculate change, or have them measure
when helping you prepare a food recipe. Math is all around us.
