ASSESSMENTS:
     1. Warm-ups, cooldown and FIT:  Demonstrates and performs exercises
        with correct form and intensity.

     2. Demonstrates SUSTAINED activitiy during stations, skill drills, 
        modified and game activities.

     3. Demonstrates active listening and direction following.
     4. Demonstrates responsibility, safety and respect for self and
        others.
     5. Preparation:  Bring in a change of clothing for active 
        participation and proper sneakers.  Selections should abide by
        the school dress code guidelines.  Students will be asked to tie
        and/or secure sneakers correctly.
