GREAT JOB AT THE TECH REHEARSAL AND SPECIAL THANKS TO ALL THE CAST MEMBERS
AND PARENTS WHO HELPED TO MAKE OUR DINNER SO WONDERFUL. THERE WAS PLENTY OF
FOOD AND NO ONE WENT HUNGRY. EVERY DISH WAS DELICIOUS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR
GENEROSITY.
THE TECH WENT WELL BUT NOW WE HAVE TO "TIGHTEN UP" THE SHOW. WE MUST GET IT
DOWN TO 60 MINUTES WITH BOWS. ENTRANCES MUST BE QUICKER, PICK UP THE PACE ON
LINE ENTRY, AND SCENE CHANGES MUST BE FASTER. THAT IS WHAT WE WILL WORK ON AT
OUR DRESS REHEARSALS. ONLY TWO MORE REHEARSALS AND THEN OUR PERFORMANCES
BEGIN. REMEMBER TO LOOK OVER YOUR LINES BEFORE REHEARSAL MONDAY.

Tech Rehearsal/Dinner Update
I have the paper products under control
We have
2 cases of water donated
8 2-liter bottles of soda
5 pasta dishes (Ziti, homemade mac and cheese, and other)
1 salad
1 rolls
2 deserts
There are 40 students so I think we need more food. I think 2 or 3 more
pasta dishes, some more deserts and how about some chips. All food must be
here for dinner at 5. We must be cleaned up and out of the cafeteria by 6
PM. If everything is running to schedule we should be finished by 7:30 or
7:45 the latest.
THANK YOU TO ALL THE PARENTS WHO VOLUNTEERED FOOD AND DRINK ALREADY. WE
HAVE ONE PARENT VOLUNTEER TO HELP SERVE DINNER, IF ANY ONE ELSE CAN STAY
WHILE THE STUDENTS EAT THAT WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL.

Rehearsal for Monday, December 22nd was cancelled. Everyone must work on
their lines over vacation, find whatever costume parts YOU need and collect
YOUR props. Everything (costumes and props) must be okayed by me prior to
our tech rehearsal on Friday, January 9th.

Dear Parents,
We need volunteers to help with our Tech Rehearsal/Cast Dinner on January
9th. I will bring the paper goods (plates, cups, napkins, knives and forks)
if you can donate: ziti or other pasta dish, salad, desert. Please send in
a note or email me at rjenkins@wtschools.org if you can make something for
our dinner. Thanks for your help in making this a memorable event for our
actors. Don't forget to tell all your relatives to come to the show on
January 16th.
