Looking forward to a wonderful year in our "classe de
français"! It promises to be an exciting year of expanding our horizons and
learning about the language and culture you've chosen to study this year.
Please be mindful of the notes below and remember to check in here on a
regular basis to ensure a truly successful experience in French this year!!
*CELL PHONE use is not permitted during class, however students may leave them in the designated area of the room during class time
* Students must come to class each day prepared with the following:
FRENCH NOTEBOOK * To be used for French only § English/French dictionary (optional - if unable to aquire, don't worry) § Spiral notebook § Folder for Homework L.V.M.S. Agenda § Writing implement --YOU MUST HAVE a PEN or a sharpened PENCIL EVERY DAY!§ TEXT book (once they are dispensed)
* All Homework assignments are DUE the next day your Block meets for credit. Late assignment will not receive credit except in cases of absence.
* HOMEWORK is posted daily on this website. If you neglect to copy the assignment from the board during classtime, you should CHECK HERE to get the assignment. If you are absent, you can CHECK HERE to see any assignments you will be responsible for once you return. Check to see what classwork you may have missed and obtain any materials that were dispensed during your absence.
* Copy the Grading criteria into your agenda for reference throughout the year. Record your Quiz, Test, Project grades in the French section of your agenda as they are returned to you. Grades below a "C" may require a parent signature in your agenda.
