About The Teacher
An alumni of MTHS, I've been teaching at the hawks' nest since 2000. As a student I was involved in the drama club, cross country, PEPP, journalism, and the literary club. As a teacher, I have taught English on all levels as well as HSPA 10 & 11 and in-class support. I am currently the advisor for the Future Educators here at the high school. In addition, I am working with Miss Catalina as class advisor for the class of 2010.

Mission
As with all of my classes my main goal is to educate each individual student according to his or her needs. Each student should be well-prepared for the HSPA LA which takes place in March of junior year, and fully ready to take on the SAT's, Senior English, the college classroom, and beyond.
