MANITO’S THIRD ANNUAL COMEDY JAM
BY: Christine Halloran, Nancy Meyer, & Margaret Michaud
Tickets for Manito's 3rd Annual Comedy Jam Fundrasiser are now on sale. Due to its overwhelming success last year, the event will continue to be held on two dates: Friday, January 29th and Saturday, January 30th. The doors of the Oakland Knights of Columbus will open at 7:00pm with a buffet dinner served at 7:30pm, followed by tricky tray, comedy show, and table syndicate. The evening will include two top-notch comedians, dinner and dessert, all for $50/person. Plus, as an added bonus, if you purchase your tickets before December 4th, a sheet of raffle tickets ($15.00 value) will also be included with your ticket. Seating will be general admission, but tables of 10 can be reserved in advance. As seats are limited, we encourage you to reserve early before tickets are all sold out. Flyers were sent home in your child's backpack. Additional reservation forms can be downloaded from the PTO website. For further information about the event, please contact Margaret Michaud at michaudm@optonline.net.
HELPING OUT IN OUR COMMUNITY:
Please bring in canned goods, cereals, paper goods, peanut butter and jelly for families in need right here in Oakland. There will be a box outside of the office until November 17th for you to drop off your goods.
