Math
Students will continue to practice converting decimals and fractions into percents. Students will explore
fractions as a property of circle graphs. Students will practice estimating the value of circle graph
sectors. Students will use a percent circle to measure the sectors on a circle graph and to construct
circle graphs.
Science
Students will learn the best ways of preparing slides of living things. Students will observe volvox
colonies and vinegar eels under the microscope. Students will also observe blepharisma and diagram
their observations.
