Homework will be assigned Monday through Thursday nights. Your child will
record his/her assignments on a homework sheet that will be kept in the
homework folder. Every Monday a new homework sheet will be started. On
Friday the old homework sheet can be discarded. Students should do their
best on their homework. They are encouraged to do the work on their own and
only ask for help after they have given it their best effort.
You can expect Words Their Way homework on Tuesday through Thursday. The
homework will be spelled out in your child's Words Their Way notebook. Math
homelinks will be given most nights. Also, independent reading will be
expected everynight.
