| Homework will be given two nights a week until January. After January,
homework will be given three nights a week. Wednesday night's homework will
be our writing journal. Please return the homework in
your child's folder. Let your child try their homework by themselves. If
they struggle, then you can assist. My aides and I will look at all the
homework and stamp them. If your child is very frustrated with the work we
will probably already know from class. But you can attach a little note on
the homework letting us know. We don't expect homework to be perfect. It
is practice and reinforcement. We also have a math calendar with
monthly homework. It will be sent home in the beginning of the month. Just
initial the days that your child has completed. I will collect the calendar
at the end of the month.
