I am a Syracuse University graduate and received my MFA from NYU. My two
children graduated Memorial School and have families of their own. I have
taught art in Newark public schools as well as in several other East
Brunswick elementary schools.
I strive to impart to children a sense of beauty and esthetics, feeling of
pride and accomplishment as they create art. I also try to introduce them
to various techniques and styles of artists and world cultures. We do not
create in a vacuum, we learn from examples as we go forward to produce our
own art.
