**  I will be absent on 2/22/12 and 2/23/12.  I have a doctor's note for 
these two days.  I will have my substitute write and have the student's write 
their homework assignments in their agenda books.  I will begin writing the

Bring the book back to school tomorrow.

3rd Grade

Math - study chapters 9-3 and 9-4, quiz tomorrow.

Reading - Study pgs. 20-34, study dittos, quiz Friday on story.

Language Arts -  study pgs. 164-165, quiz Friday

5th Grade

Math - Study 10-3 and 10-4, quiz Friday on adding and subtracting unlike 
fractions.

Spelling - Study pg. 64

Reading - Reading ditto questions 6-10, of The Kid Who Only Hit Homers. Quiz 
tomorrow on chapters 1-5

Language Arts -  quiz Friday on pgs. 134-135.
