Welcome to the study of the Holocaust and Genocide. As we progress through the course your assignments will be listed according to the dates due. I expect that your homework is submitted on time. If any of the assignments are unclear make sure you contact me. Many of your assignments will be reading. Give yourself enough time so you meet each deadline.

Read the article "Those Terrible Things" Be prepared to discuss them in class.

Read the articles "The Mayor's Choice" and "The Milgram "Shock" Experiment"

Make sure you have have your Anne Frank book for the 28th of September. We will begin reading at this time.

I will be at a meeting today. You will be watching "Swing Kids" Don't forget to answer the questions for discussion as the movie unfolds.
The following are the reading assigments for "The Diary of Anne Frank". Make sure you respond to the guided reading questions you were given. Read carefully. Your final assignment for the semester will be based on the diary.

These are work days. All your assignment will be due on Monday, October 26. Remember they must be labeled and typed : "The Reichstag", "The Indifferent Ones", Helga's Dilemma", "Canonical and Nazi Anti-Jewish Measures". Answer questions at the end.
