Assignment 1: Part 1 Please create a Word document including the following information (do not worry about format and font right now)
1. Restaurant Name
2. List 6 Appetizers
3. List 9 Entrees
4. List 4 Desserts
(Name all items and give a brief discription of the dish along with a price)
You may add beverages and a children's menu if you would like.
Assignment 1: Part 2 Please format your menu so that all of the items listed fit on two pages (at most). Change the coloring and the font to what you think will be appealing to the customer.
When you have completed this please place it into the homework drop box marked for your CA I section and into the folder marked MENU.
Assignment 2: Part 1 Please come up with an idea for your very own business. You may use your menu and create a restaurant. For the first part of the project I would like you to submit to me a word document that includes the following information: Your business idea (please try to be a bit more specific then a restaurant, ex. an italian restaurant in montclair known for it's old world style), the name of your business (if using your restaurant the name you have already chosen is good), and what makes your business unique. Please submit via homework drop box. If you have any questions please feel free to sen me an email.
Assignment 2: Part 2 For the second part of assignment 2 you will be using powerpoint to create a slideshow showcasing your business! Please feel free to use photos and/or music to enhance your presentation. The PowerPoint must contain, but is not limited to, the following:
6 slides {1 slide with your business name & your name as the proprietor, the next 4 slides will contain photos of your products and/or information about the services your business will provide as well as information about your staff and why your business is unique (what makes you stand out?), the final slide will contain your business name again and your locations}
Assignment 3: Part 1 Based on the information we have discussed in class I would like you to create an informational Slideshow.
Please research and find how the use of technology has effected our society.
(You may choose a device and explain how that innovation has had an effect on a specific area, ex. how has laptop usage effected the classroom experience)
Assignment 3: Part 2 Create 3 PowerPoint slides containing the following information.
1. The name of the technology that you chose as well as a photo and the designers.
2. List the features and be able to explain to the class the values of these features.
3. Finally explain why this technology will make a difference in people's lives.
