Welcome to Christian Life
Objectives:
- to provide the student with the skills and tools necessary for unlocking
the truth of Social Justice issues.
- to be exposed to various forms of spirituality and reach toward a unity
with the Triune God.
+ Each student is to bring their notebooks, journals, text books to class
each class.
- We will begin with a review of the journaling process.
- Book: Social Justice - In a seminar style, we will begin discussing the
call to easing social problems throughout the world along with the Churches
enlightment through Encyclicals.
*You will earn participation points for actively engaging in class
discussions. Homework will be checked on the dates announced unless there is
an unforseen schedule change.
Assignments:
- Research Paper Due 11/5 MLA format
- Classes will send their paper to Turnitin.com in class on 11/5 new ID# is
needed to enter class account
- Week of 11/9 - 11/13 We will be working on final topics of the text and
preparing to present research to the class
