Week 1: September 14-18, 2009 Dominican History
- For Wednesday, September 16th - Write 5 facts about the Albegensian Heresy
- For Thursday, September 17th - Write a paragraph describing Dominic's love for God and for people. Use specific examples
- For Monday, September 18th - Begin your research on one of the Dominican saints (names will be given in class) Include date of birth, place of birth ,description of the time period in which he or she lived, the lifestyle he or she lived, problems or challenges faced and why or how this person became the patron saint for a certain profession or cause.
Week 2: September 21 -25, 2009
- For Monday, September 21st - continue your report on a Dominican saint. Check for details
- Choose a word for Peace (other than in English). We will illustrate that word in class on Wednesday.
- For Tuesday, September 22nd - Type your report to present in class on Wednesday.
Week 3: September 28-October 1, 2009
- For Monday, September 28th - complete the information on the Dominican Fact Sheet
- For Tuesday, September 29th - illustrate the Family Tree of the Dominican Order
