About The Teacher
New Jersey certified for life to teach Art K thru Adult..also background in commercial art, drafting , technical illustration, production art. Began teaching career 30 years ago at Livingston High School, Livingston, NJ. I have a varied background and experience in the arts. In my sixth year of teaching at Mount Saint Dominic Academy... which I'm proud to say is my Alma Mater! The administration of this school is supportive of artistic endeavors . This and the lovely young women that I teach make my job a pleasure!

Mission
Very interested in the creative potential of my students. It is my intention to help them develop as a whole person and to become confindent enough to explore their gifts and to use them these gifts creatively. I teach technique and the basic design principles of Art as foundations but with a clear intention to avoid stifling uniqueness and individual creativity.
