Monday 12/14/09 All classes. We will finish Macbeth this week. Be sure to keep up with all assigned readinga and all assigned questions!
12/1/09 - All classes: Your Shakespeare Theatre and Macbeth background reading assignment is on your class page. Your "Sessions" piece is due 12/2/09. Also, we have started reading (and performing!) Macbeth in class and I will assign additional reading each night and these will usually be posted on your class's page. HOWEVER, if you are absent, and well enough to do your homework, be sure to check with a classmate about how far we got with our in-class performance and discussion and to find out exactly how much you need to read to catch up or to find out whatever else may have been assigned. And, you must get notes from someone when you return to school as well. Finally while our textbook is loaded with helpful side-notes and supplemental material and I will of course continue to do my best to help you understand the play, you may find that even after your very best effort you still continue to experience a lot of difficulty reading the play, please obtain a study guide to assist you.
