We are now working on the color green, the shape rectangle, the numbers
one, two, three, four, and five. We will continue to work on the children's
names and the letters of their names. Please help your child to say, clearly,
their full name; first and last. Does your child know their birth date, month
and date?,We will begin to ask your child this information. While driving to
and from school it would be a great time to talk to your child about these
things.

On November second the letters of the Alphabet began to be introduced. They
will not be taught in order. The letters will be introduced Ll, Tt, Ff, Ee,
Hh, Ii. Letter Hh will be our focus this week. Next week,Dec.14, we will work
on the two sounds of Ii. No new letters until after Christmes break.
REMINDER:Santa's secret workshop is now happening. If you wish your child to
participate please send the envelope in by Thursday Dec.10.

If your child is full day Please remember they need a crib sheet to put on the
mat. The mat is very uncomfortable with out a sheet. It is also for sanitary
reasons a crib size sheet is needed.

For Math we will continue exploring patterns, sorting, classifing, naming
shapes, and counting to 5. In our next unit, the students will learn will to
identify and describe geometric solids sphere, cone, cube, and cylinder.

The theme in Religion is "Many people care for us and bring us God's
love" The purpose is to help the children remember that God's Love comes to
us through the many people who love and care for us.
