Thanksgiving
Each student is being asked to write and present a paper about someone in
their life who they are thankful for. These papers should be at least 5 to
10 sentences handwritten by them. They should include a front and back
cover along with a picture of their special person. The picture can be a
photograph or hand drawn/colored by them. These papers are due on Thursday
November 19th.
I am also inviting parents to come to our classroom on Tuesdays after 1 and
Fridays after 12 to read a special story to the class. I have set aside
Tuesday dates starting on 11/3 to 11/24, and Friday dates starting on 11/13
and one Thursday November 19th. Because of time I have to limit to 2
parents a day and a first come basis.
I have sent a more comprehensive description of this project home with your
children today, Wednesday 10/28.
