Originally from Queens, New York, I grew up speaking Italian at home with
fond memories of family and food. I met my husband while working on a
Bachelor's degree from City University of New York. When we moved to
Philadelphia, I attended Chestnut Hill College earning a Master's Degree in
Elementary Education. Shortly after we moved to South Jersey where I have been
happily teaching since. I am in my ninth year here at O.L.M.C.School. My
daughter graduated from Rutgers and is now working for the University while
attending their graduate program. My son is now in his junior year at Rutgers.
I enjoy nature, especially when I have time to kayak during
the summer months.
My focus is to serve the children in my class by guiding them through the
fifth grade curriculum and helping each student individually reach their
academic potential, while assisting in their social and spiritual needs.
